We deliver to urban addresses only: non-residential businesses and Big Chill Distribution depots throughout New Zealand and residences only in Ashburton, Timaru and Oamaru. Freight is charged in 20kg increments. (excludes the 5kg Door2Door option, which can be delivered to any urban South Island address)

Orders received before 9.30am Monday to Friday will be dispatched that same day, provided product is in stock. Delivery times are dependent on region but are generally within 1-3 days.
Orders received on Friday after 9.30am will be dispatched the following Monday.
